Our Appointment Policy

At Versai Salon & Spa, we understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be retained. In the case of a no-show, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these policies help us serve all of our clients effectively.

Your happiness is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your service, we invite you to contact us within 10 days so we can make adjustments. If you'd prefer to see a different stylist, please note there will be a charge at that stylist's rate. We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to ensuring that you leave feeling your very best.
